I really appreciate my quarterly telephone appointment with Katie. It is a great way for me to keep current with reflux issues. Katie always gives me great advice for small adjustments to my diet. Also, Katie advised me to try a different probiotic. I did not know that it was good for gut health to switch up your probiotic.

Dr. McMorrow is one of the few doctors I have visited recently that is will to spend time with you and answer all of you questions. He performed more of a physical on me than I got from my GP recently. When I asked him about any liver issues he said stay put and I will go look at your recent blood work. When he cam back he said all looked good, which make me very comfortable. When I told him I was concerned on weight gain he has recommend a dietitian to work with me.

From the humorous side, Thanks to Dr. Morrow for a great time. The experience was with staff and Dr. Morrow was great.

Unlike all of my previous colonoscopies After I arrived home I had terrible discomfort around my rectum. 2 ibuprofen helped quite a bit but the pain was so bad I was unable to sit. I used prep h to help as well. After a nights sleep I feel much better today.

Dr. McMorrow is the ONLY Dr I have ever seen who walks in having already read your chart, remembers your history and knows what is bringing you in so he can immediately start addressing your concerns. I hadn’t been in in almost two years and he was still up to date with what we went over on my last visit and asked great follow up questions. And ON TIME! I did not feel like a number to him. Also, this may just be me, but I appreciate the old school use of pen and paper to take notes while making eye contact. He wasn’t sitting there staring at the screen and typing away. I’m sure he used a laptop after he walked out, but was sure nice to be looked and spoken to while questions being asked.

I had an appointment at Gateway Endocrinology a couple of days ago. The medical secretary (Cindy Schulte) that helped me with scheduling some images was amazing. She was very personable, very professional, and was on the phone for 20 minutes coordinating an appointment for me.

I have been the doctors in that office and Cheri for well over 20 years, which included 5 colonoscopies/5 endoscopies during that period. Cheri gives excellent advice on what medicines to use to relieve the discomfort associated with my discomfort through the years. I applaud her efforts and the entire staff.

Personnel were friendly. Admission process involved some duplication of information which could have been more streamlined. I saw Dr. Kreikemeier for many years until he left and then I saw Dr. Seccombe and he left. I finally feel better being established with Dr. Riegel and I am so grateful I received a "better" diagnosis re: my IBS.

I have met with Dr. Ramgopal on several occasions. He always listens to my questions and concerns. He really cares about his patients and what they are going through and has personally called to check in with me. I would recommend his practice to anyone dealing with Gastrointestinal issues.

I had a long overdue and first in my life colonoscopy with Dr. Ramgopaul yesterday, early afternoon. (SORRY if I misspelled his name!) The staff working for him were pleasant in the contacts/info leading up to it. The prep part was the hardest, and my only suggestion would be to have known more options of the liquid you have to drink, there are different varieties, but perhaps they are supposed to just pick, or have a preference, but ask now that I have put the info out there to share. Facility great, ready in and out, private unit to wait and recover. Prep and anesthesia staff were wonderful! Caroline and Tracy took good care of me. Dr. Rom came in and spoke with my husband, and I after, very personable and caring. I came out clean, no unexpected reports, and questions answered, Dr. R and all the staff before and after gave great care. Thank you! Yes I highly recommend them! But I don't have to go back till I'm 75!

The consultation went very well and she made recommendations to deal with my digestive concerns. I’m now following the regimen she recommended along with an increase in fiber intake and suggested foods high in fiber.

Mrs. Carmody is a knowledgeable and compassionate professional. The appointment on June 4, 2024, was a routine checkup. But in 2009, Cheri suspected that my issues were more significant. She ordered the CAT scan and arranged my appointment with Dr Marshall. I survived treatment for non-Hodgkins Lymphoma because of her alert actions.

I was in the hospital in December with gastro problems, the doctor on staff was rude and didn't bother to listen to me. I was told to follow up with him when I got out. I am so glad I didn't, I found Dr Haas. He is kind, caring, and he took time to listen to me. I had a colonoscopy with him and then a endoscopy. He explained things and just has a great bedside manner. I can't recommend him and his staff at Gateway Gastroenterology enough. They were all so nice and caring. Check in was easy and I had a short wait. The nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor explained everything in detail. Before I knew it the procedure was finished. I especially loved the warmed blankets!

The office staff from making the appointment to checking in was personable and helpful in discussing how I might get my records from an out of town provider. Dr Jeffrey Matthews was an excellent listener to my complex history and comes across as kind, interested and knowledgeable about the latest research relating to my various GI issues. Dr. called to check on me at a late time in the day following being very busy do procedures. On day of my colonoscopy was 'done very well' and spoke to me ahead to make me feel very calm. Went well--didn't know anything until I was finished. Told me all about the results--thankfully were 'ok' . Told me to let him know how I was feeling .

Bad weather made it impossible to get there. Lots of people cancelled. I had already fasted and drank the yuck drink so wanted to get there if possible. They took me four hours late. In and out. Very professional. Definitely recommend.

The most wonderful office and staff I know of have been going there many years

I recently had two procedures with Dr. Ramgopal and had a great experience. I had not met Dr. Ramgopal before the procedure as my appointment was with one of the nurse practitioners. Dr. Ramgopal went over my symptoms, explained the procedure and then discussed the findings with me and my husband afterward. Once the official results were received he took time via telephone to explain everything to me and was very patient with me as I asked several questions. I would recommend Dr. Ramgopal to others.

The F.N.P. I met with was very attentive and easy to talk too. A negative of the practice is the doctor I was going to left the practice and his customers were not informed. When I tried to see another doctor I was told it would be a three month wait. I guess there is always the emergency room if needed. I was happy that I was able to talk to Mrs.Aubuchon that only took a month to see her. I have now reestablished myself with another doctor in the group.

From start to finish the entire experience was a very good. Admittance for the procedure was easy. Then I was walked back to the pre procedure area, as we were walking the nurse explained the procedure step by step. Communication was very good. While being prepped for the procedure I was walked through what to expect. While in the room where the procedure is going to take place, one last run down of what to expect and last safety check before the procedure. My only complaint was the length of time to get my EGD. I was not having the RUQ discomfort when seeing the NP. My labs were normal. L Plus this is an intermittent issue. But 3 months and 1 week seems excessive to wait for a test.

No complaints. The nurse did not make us wait, she heard me out, asked questions, provided positive feedback and possible solutions to the problem.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Liked Dr. Rigel. My only suggestion pertains to the prep instructions. My colonoscopy was scheduled for 7:00 AM which meant I needed to be at the center at 6:00 AM. The prep instructions were to drink the solution at 2:00 PM the prior day followed by the second at 10:00 PM. As a result, I only got 2 hours of sleep that night. For the early morning appointment, I suggest starting the prep earlier, or at least moving the second round to 8:00 PM.
