Kudos to Dr. McMorrow and his entire staff at St. Lukes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They greeted me upon arrival and assisted me through the registration process. He went above and beyond in getting an appointment with a rectal surgeon. He managed to connect me with Dr. Ha and arranged an expedited appointment right before the 4th of July weekend. Also, Katie advised me to try a different probiotic. I did not know that it was good for gut health to switch up your probiotic.

Dr. McMorrow is one of the few doctors I have visited recently that is will to spend time with you and answer all of you questions. He performed more of a physical on me than I got from my GP recently. When I asked him about any liver issues he said stay put and I will go look at your recent blood work. When he cam back he said all looked good, which make me very comfortable. When I told him I was concerned on weight gain he has recommend a dietitian to work with me.

Unlike all of my previous colonoscopies After I arrived home I had terrible discomfort around my rectum. 2 ibuprofen helped quite a bit but the pain was so bad I was unable to sit. I used prep h to help as well. After a nights sleep I feel much better today.

Dr. McMorrow is the ONLY Dr I have ever seen who walks in having already read your chart, remembers your history and knows what is bringing you in so he can immediately start addressing your concerns. I hadn’t been in in almost two years and he was still up to date with what we went over on my last visit and asked great follow up questions. And ON TIME! I did not feel like a number to him. Also, this may just be me, but I appreciate the old school use of pen and paper to take notes while making eye contact. He wasn’t sitting there staring at the screen and typing away. I’m sure he used a laptop after he walked out, but was sure nice to be looked and spoken to while questions being asked.

The doctor and the nursing staff were very friendly, caring and informative. In fact I was given two warm blankets prior to my procedure. It seemed that everyone enjoyed their job and it came through in the way I was treated. The facility was clean and up to date.

Personnel were friendly. Admission process involved some duplication of information which could have been more streamlined. Setting up the IV was difficult due to dehydration but staff were caring and gentle in their efforts. Dr. Ramgopal and Jill, the nurse anesthetist, did a great job. I had a long overdue and first in my life colonoscopy with Dr. Ramgopaul yesterday, early afternoon. (SORRY if I misspelled his name!) The staff working for him were pleasant in the contacts/info leading up to it. The prep part was the hardest, and my only suggestion would be to have known more options of the liquid you have to drink, there are different varieties, but perhaps they are supposed to just pick, or have a preference, but ask now that I have put the info out there to share. Facility great, ready in and out, private unit to wait and recover. Prep and anesthesia staff were wonderful! Caroline and Tracy took good care of me. Dr. Rom came in and spoke with my husband, and I after, very personable and caring. I came out clean, no unexpected reports, and questions answered, Dr. R and all the staff before and after gave great care. Thank you! Yes I highly recommend them! But I don't have to go back till I'm 75!
