Kudos to Dr. McMorrow and his entire staff at St. Lukes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They greeted me upon arrival and assisted me through the registration process. He went above and beyond in getting an appointment with a rectal surgeon. He managed to connect me with Dr. Ha and arranged an expedited appointment right before the 4th of July weekend. I really appreciate my quarterly telephone appointment with Katie. It is a great way for me to keep current with reflux issues. Katie always gives me great advice for small adjustments to my diet. Also, Katie advised me to try a different probiotic. I did not know that it was good for gut health to switch up your probiotic.

Dr. McMorrow is one of the few doctors I have visited recently that is will to spend time with you and answer all of you questions. He performed more of a physical on me than I got from my GP recently. When I asked him about any liver issues he said stay put and I will go look at your recent blood work. When he cam back he said all looked good, which make me very comfortable. When I told him I was concerned on weight gain he has recommend a dietitian to work with me.

Unlike all of my previous colonoscopies After I arrived home I had terrible discomfort around my rectum. 2 ibuprofen helped quite a bit but the pain was so bad I was unable to sit. I used prep h to help as well. After a nights sleep I feel much better today.

Dr. McMorrow is the ONLY Dr I have ever seen who walks in having already read your chart, remembers your history and knows what is bringing you in so he can immediately start addressing your concerns. I hadn’t been in in almost two years and he was still up to date with what we went over on my last visit and asked great follow up questions. And ON TIME! I did not feel like a number to him. Also, this may just be me, but I appreciate the old school use of pen and paper to take notes while making eye contact. He wasn’t sitting there staring at the screen and typing away. I’m sure he used a laptop after he walked out, but was sure nice to be looked and spoken to while questions being asked.

I had an appointment at Gateway Endocrinology a couple of days ago. The medical secretary (Cindy Schulte) that helped me with scheduling some images was amazing. She was very personable, very professional, and was on the phone for 20 minutes coordinating an appointment for me.

Dr Hass is excellent. Explained everything well. Took the time to answer all my questions. Very caring and compassionate and easy to talk to. Helped me make some difficult decisions. I would highly recommend him to anyone with any GI concerns.

Cheri was well prepared to discuss my situation with gastrointestinal issues over the years. I have been the doctors in that office and Cheri for well over 20 years, which included 5 colonoscopies/5 endoscopies during that period. Cheri gives excellent advice on what medicines to use to relieve the discomfort associated with my discomfort through the years. I applaud her efforts and the entire staff.

I was exceptionally pleased with the care and the professionalism that I experienced. Dr. McMorrow and the staff were expedient, kind and caring.

Personnel were friendly. Admission process involved some duplication of information which could have been more streamlined. Setting up the IV was difficult due to dehydration but staff were caring and gentle in their efforts. Dr. Ramgopal and Jill, the nurse anesthetist, did a great job. Dr Brian McMorrow, MD was wonderful. He listened to my concerns about my past colonoscopies and what I wanted to do moving forward. He honored my request and performed my Colonoscopy procedure with excellence. I was able to watch the entire procedure and he was extremely careful and gentle with me since I did not use any anesthetic. I highly recommend him and his entire team.

First trip there..dr Jason Hass seemed very passionate about helping me with my stomach issues..so very glad I came.

I have met with Dr. Ramgopal on several occasions. He always listens to my questions and concerns. He really cares about his patients and what they are going through and has personally called to check in with me. I would recommend his practice to anyone dealing with Gastrointestinal issues.

I had a long overdue and first in my life colonoscopy with Dr. Ramgopaul yesterday, early afternoon. (SORRY if I misspelled his name!) The staff working for him were pleasant in the contacts/info leading up to it. The prep part was the hardest, and my only suggestion would be to have known more options of the liquid you have to drink, there are different varieties, but perhaps they are supposed to just pick, or have a preference, but ask now that I have put the info out there to share. Facility great, ready in and out, private unit to wait and recover. Prep and anesthesia staff were wonderful! Caroline and Tracy took good care of me. Dr. Rom came in and spoke with my husband, and I after, very personable and caring. I came out clean, no unexpected reports, and questions answered, Dr. R and all the staff before and after gave great care. Thank you! Yes I highly recommend them! But I don't have to go back till I'm 75!
